How will parking work?
There is some free parking available at the Plymouth Church United Church of Christ (1217 6th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101). It is a 4-minute direct walk form the hotel. There will also be limited paid parking under the hotel. Spots are first come first serve. Please know that regular hotel guests also use this parking garage.

The Renaissance Seattle Hotel is located at 515 Madison Street in Seattle, WA 98104.

What is the dress code?
We are saying "casual cocktail." This could be something you may wear to a a nice dinner with colleagues or to a wedding. Above all, please dress in whatever makes you feel comfortable.

What time does the gala begin?
Doors open at 4:30 pm with a cocktail reception. During this time, you will check in, mingle, enjoy appetizers, and take part in the silent auction.

Where is the cocktail reception?
The cocktail reception will take place in the Madison Ballroom of the Renaissance Seattle Hotel. This is on the floor above the general hotel lobby. You can take either the escalator or the elevator.

When does the dinner and program begin?
Dinner and the program will begin sharply at 6:00 pm downstairs from the main hotel lobby in the Courtyard Ballroom. We will have staff and volunteers ushering folks at this time.

Is there an official after-party?
You bet! After dinner wraps up around 8:00 PM, head back upstairs to the Madison Ballroom for dancing, tunes, and good vibes all around. There will be places to sit and mingle, but don't be surprised if someone beckons you to the dance floor! KEXP DJ Eva Walker will be spinning tunes for us.

If I win an auction item, where I can pick it up?
We invite all auction winners back upstairs to the Madison Ballroom's lobby (via escalator or elevator) to claim their items once the program ends.
