CHICKEN - Gruyere stuffed Jidori chicken with mushrooms, Bing Cherry glace, heirloom carrots, squash tortellini, and Romanesco. 

VEGAN - Vegan polenta layered with Mediterranean-spiced vegetables, draped with Napoli sauce.
