2024 ASC Gala - Leveling Up
Saturday, October 5, 2024
Renaissance Seattle Hotel 515 Madison Street Seattle, WA 98104

Get to know our recurring location host: The Renaissance Seattle Hotel. Located at 515 Madison Street in Downtown Seattle, the Renaissance has been our gala home for several years.

We are again excited to offer two floors of engagement. Doors open at 5:00 PM, so we invite all guests to take the escalator up one floor from the lobby to check in and then enjoy a designated cocktail hour. During this time, you can view silent auction items, take part in games, and mingle with staff, board members, and other thought leaders like yourself.

Check out their website here.

  • View the Renaissance Seattle Hotel's accessibility information here
  • Once the cocktail hour comes to a close, guests can then take either the elevator or escalator two floors down to the ballroom for dinner and the program.
  • The closest transit 1 Line stop is University Street.

PARKING:

  • Parking for the hotel is on the left just off Madison, across from 6th street. There a 6'2" vehicle height limit.
  • For the Atlantic Street Center annual gala, the parking price for guests will be $17 and you will pay when you exit the garage.
  • To pay for parking at the Renaissance: before you leave, please scan your ticket on the B Level of the hotel at the pay station next to the garage elevator. This is how you will get the $17 price. Once finished, go to the elevator nearby to get to your vehicle. As you leave, the gate should recognize your car's license plate. You may also re-scan your ticket.
  • The garage is first come, first serve. Our event is the only one taking place that evening, but please keep in mind hotel guests also utilize the garage.
  • For additional parking, please refer to this site here. It will list options close by, so we recommend checking it in advance of arriving. The best alternative parking that will be close by would be the surface lot across the street behind the Polyclinic on Madison between 7th and 8th. That will be about $13 for the night (subject to change), or the Ace Garage at 5th & Seneca.
